1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing any product or accessing our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We provide:

  • Digital downloadable products (e.g., PDFs)

  • Online courses delivered via our proprietary platform

  • Membership-based access

  • Optional paid coaching services (not included in standard course purchases)

All products are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately after purchase.

3. PAYMENTS

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT.

  • Payments may be processed via third-party providers including PayPal and Klarna.

  • By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the full amount.

For installment payments via Klarna, their separate terms apply.

4. NO REFUNDS & WAIVER OF WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are provided.

By completing a purchase, you expressly:

  • Consent to immediate delivery of digital content, and

  • Acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal (including the 14-day EU/UK cooling-off period).

5. ACCOUNT ACCESS

If you create an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login details

  • You may not share your account with others

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided is owned by the Company and protected by copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You may NOT:

  • Share, distribute, or resell content

  • Copy or reproduce materials

  • Use content for commercial purposes

7. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the platform

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Disrupt or damage services

8. DISCLAIMER

All products are for educational and informational purposes only.

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Results

  • Income

  • Business success

Any actions you take based on our content are at your own risk.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of income, profits, or data

  • Business interruption

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts.
